MR Coin supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are processed in MYR.

• 4.1The minimum deposit amount at mr coin is RM10 for most payment methods. The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your account level.
• 4.2MR Coin only accepts deposits from bank accounts or eWallets registered under the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

MR Coin is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly. Withdrawals can be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the member's name.

• 5.1The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within 15 minutes.
• 5.2Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as your MR Coin account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 5.3Members must fulfil the bonus wagering requirements (if any) before withdrawals of bonus winnings are permitted. These requirements are clearly stated in each bonus offer.
• 5.4MR Coin reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes. This process will not exceed 48 business hours.

• 5.6MR Coin does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals. However, bank or eWallet charges may apply depending on your provider.

• 7.1The outcome of all games on MR Coin is final once confirmed by the system. Any claim of a technical error must be reported within 24 hours of the incident.
• 7.2In the event of a technical disruption during an ongoing match or game session, MR Coin will refund the affected bets to the member's account.
• 7.3MR Coin uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent auditing bodies to ensure all game outcomes are completely fair and random.
• 7.4Winnings resulting from odds display errors or incorrect betting limits (erroneous odds) will not be paid out and the affected bets will be voided.
• 7.5For Sports Betting (including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and others), additional conditions regarding match cancellations, postponements, and disputed results are set out in the "Sports Rules" section on the platform.

MR Coin expects all members to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. A safe and enjoyable environment is a shared responsibility.

• 8.1Any form of hate speech, threats, harassment, or offensive language in MR Coin's live chat or community spaces will not be tolerated.
• 8.2Attempts to hack, attack, or disrupt MR Coin's platform operations are a serious violation and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• 8.3Using strategies designed to exploit technical errors, system bugs, or game vulnerabilities for illegitimate gain is strictly prohibited.
• 8.4Collusion between players in table games, poker, or Live Casino is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

MR Coin provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and takes reasonable measures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of its services.

• 9.2MR Coin's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the incident.
• 9.3MR Coin does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions. However, we will endeavour to maintain a minimum uptime of 99.5% each month.
• 9.4Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. MR Coin does not provide gambling advice and is not liable for any losses arising from a member's betting decisions.

Both MR Coin and the member have the right to terminate an account for specific reasons, subject to the conditions set out below.

• 10.1You may close your mr coin account at any time by contacting our customer support. Remaining funds (after deduction of unfulfilled bonuses) will be returned within 5 business days.
